MEMO LLC - Terms of Service

1. Acceptance of Terms

By creating an account, downloading our mobile applications (including Memo and Loop), or accessing our services (collectively, the "Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree, you may not use the Service.

5.1 Pricing & Plans

The Service may offer free, paid, or subscription-based access. Specific pricing, billing cycles, and features for each product are displayed within the respective Application or on the App Store page prior to purchase. We reserve the right to modify pricing with reasonable notice to active subscribers.

5.2 Trials

We may offer free trials for certain Services. If you activate a free trial, you may be required to provide payment information. You will not be charged if you cancel before the trial period ends.

5.3 Billing & Renewal

For subscription-based Services, your payment method will be automatically charged at the start of each billing cycle. Subscriptions automatically renew until cancelled.

5.4 Cancellation

You may cancel your subscription at any time. The method for cancellation depends on where you originally purchased your subscription:

Effect of Cancellation: You will retain access to the Service through the end of your current billing period. Data Retention: We may delete data associated with cancelled accounts after 30 days.

All sales are final. Memo LLC does not offer refunds for partial months, unused service, or accidental renewals, except where required by law. Exceptions may be made at our sole discretion for technical billing errors.

You retain full ownership of the contact data, notes, and content you enter into the Service ("Your Data"). We claim no intellectual property rights over Your Data.

You grant us a limited, non-exclusive license to host, copy, process, and display Your Data solely as necessary to provide the Service to you.

Our use of your data is governed by our Privacy Policy (available at memoforagents.com/privacy), which is incorporated by reference into these Terms.

7. Intellectual Property

The Service, including its interface, graphics, proprietary code, and "look and feel," is the property of MEMO, LLC and is protected by copyright and trademark laws.

8. Limitation of Liability

The Service is provided "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE".

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, MEMO, LLC SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS OR DATA.
